Vanilla Espresso French Café was founded in 2021 in Miami Lakes, Florida, to bring authentic French pastries and café culture to the community. Frustrated by having to travel for a quality Croissant or Croque Monsieur, the founders turned a canceled trip to France into inspiration, creating a space where guests could enjoy fresh-baked pastries, gourmet coffee, and a warm, Parisian ambiance. Now, after four successful years, they are franchising to share their passion beyond Miami Lakes, giving others the opportunity to bring high-quality French-inspired cuisine and a true café experience to their own communities.
